Sky Canvas Riesling is a uniquely Pacific Northwest expression of this legendary grape - with hints of Granny smith apple, grapefruit, honeycomb, and minerals. There is something, hard to explain, that characterizes Riesling grown in Washington State - an exhilarating citrusy acidity and stony zip found nowhere else. Sky Canvas features a rounded mouthfeel and an off-dry finish that lends depth and breadth to this expressive Riesling.

WINEMAKING PROCESS: Proceeding slowly, at very low temperatures is the only way to ensure that Riesling’s delicate aromatics aren’t burned off during the fermentation process. Sky Canvas spends its life in the cellar in temperature-controlled, closed stainless steel tanks and the result is a fresh, crisp, lively and incomparable white wine.
