Chewy, bold and dense, this wine has a presence that not-so-much caresses, but attacks the palate! The overall impression is dark and wild, with plum, cocoa, tobacco and spice notes in abundance. Petite Sirah is known for making no-holds-barred, take-no-prisoners, full-bodied, broad-shouldered wines, and Seek & Escape is no exception.

WINEMAKING PROCESS: After careful handling in the cellar to ensure a gentle extraction of the grape’s notoriously muscular tannins, Petite Sirah needs time to develop, and we are glad to oblige. Every vintage of Seek & Escape is aged until our winemaking team deems the wine sufficiently developed for bottling.
