WINEMAKING PROCESS: Rebellion Red Blend is truly a wine made in the vineyard, where utmost care must be taken to allow it to reach phonological ripeness, without attaining levels of sugar that would push alcohol levels beyond those that promote balance in the finished wine. Location is key, and Rebellion is sourced from some of the state’s top vineyard sources.
