WINEMAKING PROCESS: Lafloria’s carefully harvested, delicate Pinot Gris grapes are handled gently during harvest, carefully loaded into the wine press, and the juice is slowly extracted in order to preserve freshness and vivid fruit in the finished wine. After cold-settling, the wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel, so that every bottle of Lafloria Pinot Gris is ensured to be vibrant, crisp and explosively aromatic.
