WINE PROFILE
We spent many hours exploring the dusty backroads of Lodi looking for the grapes that are necessary to make the kind of Cabernet that we like - concentrated, powerful, with flavors of blackberries, dark cherry and cassis. High 7 Seas follows its bold, fruity midpalate with dark chocolate notes on the finish, and plenty of lingering spiciness in reserve.

Tasted blind, High 7 Seas recalls the famous wines of neighboring Napa Valley, but with a rich, dusty, savory profile that is distinctly Lodi.
