WINEMAKING PROCESS: Boldly Go Merlot is sourced from vineyards that benefit from the influence of the Pacific Ocean, profiting greatly from its cooling breezes, allowing the vines extra time for ripening by extending the growing season. The wine is then fermented at low temperatures to preserve fruitiness and a supple texture, boldly transmitted to the glass.
