Our California Sauvignon Blanc delivers ripe citrus and tropical fruit aromas, along with a hint of spice. On the palate, Flapper features lemon, lime, green apple, and grass notes, with every sip amplifying the enjoyment of both food and wine.

Long, sunny days and cool, crisp nights are the perfect recipe for optimal ripeness and ripe fruit flavors in Sauvignon Blanc, while maintaining a fresh, clean acidic profile. While California may not yet be recognized as one of the optimal locations for Sauvignon Blanc, the vinous proof is there, and the state is quickly making a name for itself as one of the best locations in the world for this classic grape variety.
VARIETAL COMPOSITION: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
WINEMAKING PROCESS: Flapper Sauvignon Blanc is harvested when the outside temperatures are still cool, retaining critical freshness in the grapes on their way to the wine press. After cold-settling, the juice is fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures before being racked and aged in stainless steel before bottling.
